ALL OF THE RECIPES ON SPRIGHTLY SPOON ARE FREE FROM THE FOLLOWING FOOD ALLERGENS:

  • Wheat + oats + anything containing gluten

  • Dairy

  • Eggs

  • Peanuts + other nuts

  • Soy

  • Mustard

  • Sesame

  • Beans (except for chickpeas)

  • Green peas

  • Fish + seafood

P.S. Since anyone could be allergic to or have an intolerance for really any type of food, I can’t promise that my recipes will accommodate everyone; however I have included some ideas for variations in some of the recipes, and I also encourage you to tweak these recipes as much as you like - have fun experimenting! If you’re stuck for finding a good substitute for one of your allergies, please feel free to write to me at hello@alistrations.com and I would love to help you out as best as I can. :)

DISCLAIMER: I am not certified - I’m just an average girl who has food intolerances, hoping to help other people who have intolerances, too <3

A NOTE ON SPECIAL INGREDIENTS

Various allergy-friendly substitutes produce different textures and consistencies than you may expect. I always encourage experimenting of course, but to help you get the best results from Sprightly Spoon recipes, I’ve listed certain ingredients by their specific names (such as “tapioca flour” instead of just “flour”) if I feel like it will affect the outcome of the recipe. :)

P.S. Please note that Bob’s Red Mill 1-to-1 gluten-free flour blend contains xantham gum, which may not be safe if you have celiac disease. Instead, try Bob’s Red Mill regular all-purpose flour blend and mix in an extra pinch of ground flax seed to keep your baking from being too crumbly.
